Return policy

In our shop we are trying to make your shopping comfortable and as much easy as it´s possible and we prefer an individual approach. Therefore, if you have any questions regarding the exchange, return or claim of the goods, we will be pleased to reply to you in the contact section by e-mail or by phone.

How does it work – to return the goods, replace or complain?

Download and fill out our online form to be printed and sent together with the order. All the claims have to include a completed claim form.  ONLINE FORM DOWNLOAD: Sinium_CLAIM_FORM.pdf Goods in original condition can be completely returned within 14 working days of receipt. In accordance with special legal regulations, if there is a period of use marked on the goods sold, its packaging or in the attached instructions, the warranty ends upon expiry of this period.
  • Shipments have to be sent to the seller recommended.
  • Do not send the shipment to the seller on delivery.
In compliance with the terms and conditions the seller is not liable for the defects due mainly to the following use: mechanical damage, inevitable event (natural disaster, improper handling), contrary to the instructions for use and the usual manner of use in specific cases where it is clear from the nature of things and interference by unauthorized persons including the user, or other tampering, use of goods in conditions that do not correspond to its humidity, chemical and mechanical influences the natural environment of the goods, failure to care and maintenance of the goods damaged goods excessive loading, use in violation of the conditions specified in the documentation general policies, technical standards and safety regulations or any other breach of warranty. The seller is not responsible for damages resulting from the operation of products, functional properties and damage from improper use of the products as well as damage caused by external events and incorrect handling. Defects of this nature is not covered by the warranty.

  • When returning the goods the transportation is paid by the buyer.
  • Postage paid by us only if the goods are defective or you received the wrong product.
  • When requesting the exchange of goods for another size/volume/weight and returns the shipment to us the transfer is paid by the party of purchaserand the transportation of goods or the replacement of the claim back to the customer is paid by the seller. 
  •   The products covered by the law of the claim have to be submitted for consideration immediately after detecting defects, have to be clean and with the proper documents and a description of the defect or defects identified place. The shipment have to be complete (including accessories and all documentation) and in a state in which you took it upon delivery. Please, always use the wrapping paper or cardboard, so that could not occur during transportation sticking, described or any other deterioration original packaging. We recommend you to insure the goods. Because of the hygienic reasons the product is received for the complaint only properly cleaned. If the manufacturer provides the warranty longer it is listed in the product description in the catalog. The rejected claims may be charged by the cost of the complaint procedure and handling fees. The settlement of the claim will be sent to the customer by e-mail or SMS.
